This month has been very exciting with new ideas and new castings,
some Abstract forms and some Traditional. This is a page to keep
an
eye on.
In the aftermath of the Presidential elections, I found myself caught
up in the excitement of our country and friends from around the world
in
the power of "Hope". This is my tribute to such a monumental moment.
Remember the days on warm summer night, that was spent
in the backseat of a 49' Ford, watching a movie at a Drive-In theater?
The Friesen is a beautifully put together horse, a big, powerful breed with the fluid, graceful
moves of an accomplished ballet dancer. I thought that the best way I could capture the magnificent Friesen would be
to show this gorgeous animal as he rears to survey his domain and assert his dominance over potential rivals.
I offer this new addition in two sizes. One large and small.
STORM
This Paper Casting gives the full impact of a ship crashing through the waves, and
the figurehead Mermaid cresting above them. It's one of an exciting series of work that I've created thus far.
